For my first three children I used Chinese prefolds (I used hemp diapers at night) with pins and Gerber plastic pants. With the twins I invested on some snazzy velcro wraps. I don't see where washing and changing cloth diapers will take time from your baby. It's not like you'll be taking your diapers down to the river to beat them on a rock to wash them.:)<BR/>My best argument for cloth diapers is to ask the negative person if they would rather wear cotton or paper/weird gel underpants. lol<BR/>For wipes I cut a large piece of light weight flannel into wipe sized squares and serged the edges. I would just wet them with warm water for wiping baby, and just toss them in the diaper pail. Store bought wipes have icky chemicals, too.<BR/>It takes less effort to wash cloth diapers than it takes to go to Walmart to buy disposables.<BR/>Sorry-didn't mean to write a book.
